Wrappers (Won Ton skins), 2-3 inch squares
1 pound hamburger
½ pound sausage
½ small head cabbage, chopped fine
Approximately ½ pound bean sprouts, boiled and chopped
1 small onion chopped
1 egg
5 cloves garlic
½ Tablespoon ginger, chopped
1 shake of sesame oil (optional)
Dry hot pepper, sprinkle (optional)
Mix all of the above together. Put filling in wrappers, fold into triangles and seal with water, deep fry and drain. Dip in sauce from Teriyaki chicken.
