No Bake Rolled Oat Clusters

2 cups sugar

½ cup milk

½ cup butter

1-teaspoon salt

3 tablespoons cocoa

1-teaspoon vanilla

1-cup peanut butter

3 cups rolled oats (uncooked quick or regular)

1-cup coconut


Combine sugar, cocoa, milk, butter, and salt. Bring to full boil and boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add vanilla and peanut butter. Stir until smooth. Add oats and coconut and mix well. Cool until hold shape slightly. Drop by spoon onto waxed paper. Cool until firm.


Yield: 4 dozen
