Taco Soup

1 lb hamburger

1 onion sliced

1 can whole corn- don’t drain

1 can pinto beans- drained

1 can kidney beans- drained

1 (26 oz) can crushed tomatoes

1 ½ cups chicken broth

½ cup ketchup

1 pkg dry taco seasoning


Brown hamburger and onion. Put in crock-pot with remaining ingredients. Simmer in crock-pot until warm, 2-3 hours on low. Serve over Fritos and top with sour cream, cheese, olives, tomatoes, salsa, etc.
