-cup butter
¾ cup sugar
¾ cup brown sugar
1-teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
2¼ cups flour
1-teaspoon baking soda
1-teaspoon salt
12 ounces chocolate chips
1-cup nuts (optional)
Bake at 350 degrees, 8 to 10 minutes.
Yield: 100 cookies
*For pan cookies: spread the above dough into greased 15” x 10” x 1” baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool; cut into 35 2” squares.
