Graham Cracker Crust:
1¼ cups crushed graham crackers
¼ cup sugar
6 tablespoons butter, melted
Combine crackers and sugar. Stir into melted butter. Press into pie pan. Bake at 375 degrees, 6 to 8 minutes.
Filling:
8 ounces cream cheese
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
1-teaspoon vanilla
21-ounce can of cherry pie filling
Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Cream in milk, lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into piecrust. Let set three hours or until firm. Pour fruit on top before serving.
