Thaw chicken breasts and cube while slightly frozen. Cook in frying pan with olive oil until slightly browned.
For beef you can either use ground beef browned on the stovetop or start early and slow cook beef cubes (stew meat) until tender.
When meat is ready, add two cans of cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom soup, or one of each to meat. Season with onions and garlic, salt and pepper. Add beef or chicken boullion. Allow to simmer for 20-25 minutes.
Cook noodles or rice or potatoes. Just before serving, add 1 cup sour cream to stroganoff. (I also like mushrooms but usually leave them out.) allow sour cream to melt. Serve hot sauce over noodles or rice or potatoes.
