Fluffy Rice

To make three cups of fluffy rice, put one cup of uncooked rice in two cups of water with 1 teaspoon salt (cook in a 2 quart pan). Bring to a vigorous boil. Turn heat low as possible. Cover saucepan and leave over low heat for 14 minutes. Do not remove lid or stir rice while cooking.
