Tater Tot Casserole

1-pound ground beef

¼ cup chopped onion

1 large package tater tots

1 can cream of chicken of cream of mushroom soup

1 can evaporated milk

1 cup grated cheese


Brown beef and onion together. Layer tots then beef mixture in 9” x 13” pan. Repeat. Combine soup and milk, pour over meat and tots. Sprinkle with cheese on top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
