Spicy Potato Wedges

¼ cup vegetable oil

1 tbsp chili powder

2 tsp onion powder

2 tsp garlic salt

1 tsp sugar

1 tsp paprika

¾ tsp salt

¼ tsp cayenne pepper

3 ½ lbs large red potatoes, cut into wedges


In large bowl combine first 8 ingredients; add potatoes and toss to coat. Arrange in single layer on greased baking sheets. Bake at 400 degrees F for 30-35 minutes, turning once.
