4 eggs
2cups sugar
2 cups pumpkin
¾ cup melted margarine
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cream eggs and sugar. Add the rest of the ingredients in the order given. Beat until well mixed. Pour into a greased 11” x 17” jelly roll pan. Bake 25 minutes. Cool and frost.
