Hawaiian Chicken in a Slow Cooker

4 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple

1 bottle (16 oz.)barbecue sauce

4 to 6 cups rice, cooked


Place in a greased 3 ½ or 5- quart slow cooker. Combing pineapple and barbecue sauce and pour over meat. Cook on high heat 3-4 hours or low hear 6-8 hours. Serve over rice. Makes 4-6 servings. Good with broccoli.
