Teriyaki Chicken

1 cut up chicken

Carrot curls – use peeler

Green onions, cut

Mushrooms

1 teaspoon ginger, chopped fine

1-3 cloves garlic, chopped fine


For sauce use equal parts of soy sauce, sugar, and water (1 cup each for one chicken). Cook for 1 hour on low-medium heat.
