6 Cups Flour
1 Tbsp Salt
1/3 Cup Oil
2 Cups Water (hot)
Combine three cups of flour with salt and mix. Add water and oil. Stir. Slowly add the remaining two cups of flour and kneed until the dough is not sticky anymore. Preheat a frying pan on medium high (7). Roll out the tortillas and cook until bubbles are slightly brown.
Hint: make a couple hours before you want to eat them and let the dough sit.
