Conference Quiche


Crust
6 cups frozen hash browns
1 cup diced onion
½ tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2/3 cup butter

Mix and bake at 425 degrees for 25 minuets.

Quiche
8 eggs
1 cup milk
2 cup sausage, bacon, or ham
2 cup grated cheese

Mix all together. Pour over crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
