Cranberry Salsa
1½ cup cranberries (fresh)
2 jalapenos seeded
1 bunch cilantro
¼ cup sugar (more if needed)
1 Tbsp lemon juice
ginger root to taste
Put all in food processor, blend together. Serve over softened cream cheese with chips.
