INGREDIENTS
- 2 lbs pork tenderloin, cubed
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup peanut butter or more to taste
- 3 T lime juice
- 3 T soy sauce
- 3 T water
- 2 T ginger (I used jarred)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place all ingredients into slow cooker. Cook on low 6 hours.
**IF FREEZING, PLACE ALL INGREDIENTS INTO GALLON-SIZED FREEZER BAG. THAW IN REFRIGERATOR OVERNIGHT, DUMP INTO SLOW COOKER & COOK ON LOW 6 HOURS.**
