3-5 lbs Pork Loin Roast
1 cup Salsa
1/2 cup Green Salsa
1 cup Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
1 cup Fresh Cilantro Leaves
1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
2 tsp Cumin
Salt and Pepper to taste
Brown Roast. Add all ingediants to crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Shred pork and enjoy with favorite taco toppings.
